Guy Obolensky was an inventor and experimental physicist who was known for his research based on the work of Nikola Tesla. He was a descendant of a princely Russian family of the Rurik Dynasty.
When he was a child his mother took him to meet the great yogi Paramahansa Yogananda who essentially introduced Kriya yoga to America in the 1930s. For more details about that encounter see HERE.

So when later he decided to work for the US military, the focus was on developing new high tech weapons. He was working on Tesla's "Ionic shower" patent in order to create "the death ray" a sort of highly destructive super accelerated ionic beam to blow up things in a new way. When he was near to achieving his goals he had a inner spiritual realization about the magnitude of destruction that such a weapon would bring and went 180° in the other direction.
Instead Obolensky developed what is now called the Teslatron, an advanced plasma system that uses high-energy pulsed EMF to create waves of super accelerated negative ions, which have been shown to have a range of health and spiritual benefits. Very high voltage and very low amperage were used, between 250 000 and 1 000 000 Volts and a few mA. The Teslatron was used for curing people with cancer and other serious ailments, and it was very effective. The healing was the result of entropy-reversing time-reversed waves, also known as neg-entropy, which is the creation of order. If we think about the speed of light (more acurately, the induction rate of the Aether by sound) as a limit of the physical world, because these ion waves were accelerated at 50 times that, it seems the veil between the physical and subtle worlds were teared open which made many unusual phenomenon possible. More on that later.
Back in the day Tesla kept his negative-ion device a closely guarded secret. However, he did clearly state two of its effects in an early paper, High Frequency Oscillators for Electro-Therapeutic and Other Purposes, presented at the 1898 annual meeting of the American Electro-Therapeutic Association, in Buffalo, NY (source HERE) :
“When a person is subjected to the action of such a [magnifying] coil, the proper adjustments being carefully observed, luminous [blue light] streams are seen in the dark issuing from all parts of the body...[meridians made visible]. Soon after the person perspires freely.”
Tesla maintained that these blue light streams and radio frequency (RF) electronic wave therapy in general could, in principle, make it possible to minimize aging and disease. Because of the similarities with the Wardenclyffe Tower, it appears that one of the many purposes of the Tower was to make this type of technology widely accessible to humanity.
For security reasons Guy Obolensky kept the technical aspects of his work secret, and after his death in 2018, the secrets of the Teslatron were almost lost. However, Paul Harris and his team were close to Obolensky and were able to continue his work.
There is allegedly another man called John Essmyer who works with Malcolm Bendall that rebuild the machine to "infuse one's self with plasmoids" as they put it. Source HERE and very briefly HERE.

Guy's device had a unique design, with a metal dome, a coil, and a circular contraption. It also had a ten-fold copper spiral and a horizontal metal rod that served as the free electrode of the second coil of the Tesla circuit. He later modified and improved it constantly.
