The company website was projecting that by 2022, they'd be manufacturing the devices for sale, but nothing more ever since.
I think we can safely assume that this one been buried, just as usually happens to these kinds of things.
Fortunately for you good people, WRT this stuff I have the same firery truth seeing eyes as Sun WuKong, AND I'm stupid enough to share it freely.

Here's the ghetto analysis/explanation for replication:
1: As Bob said, you can make one of these by using an off the shelf vacuum diode, which at the time of writing, can still be bought new off eBay.
The device works by being able to alter between operating as a capacitor or a diode.
Do this by activating or deactivating the heating coil to switch between the 2 modes.
2: You need to heavily impregnate the negative plate of the device with the magic particles [aka
HIM].
Fortunately, thanks to the Joe Cell corpus
[and Dave Lowrance], we already know how to do that:
> Just electrically connect the negative plate of the diode to a positive electric plate which is in
[or has previously been in] a HIM containing solution
[then complete the circuit by attaching the bottom of the plate to GND on a battery], set the device in diode mode and run a mild electric current through it for many hours.
[In my case, I'd use the center positive plate of my ionic foot spa plates, which would be heavily impregnated with HIM after dozens of sessions electrolysing spring water.]

[in this case it's the internal separation of the vacuum diode which stops them going any further].
3: Once the negative plate of the vacuum diode is impregnated with HIM particles, they then need to be charged.

[Eg: heating coil off].
You want the field strong enough to have corona between the plates but not have sparks between them.
4: Once the device is charged, it can then be used as a battery.
> Set it in diode mode and connect to an electrical load. The charged up magical particles will give up their electrical charge while still remaining in the negative plate.
5: After draining the charge, you don't need to add more magic particles because they'll still be present inside the vacuum diode.
Just repeat step 3: to recharge.
Assumed that the charge/discharge cycles are not only much more powerful than all other methods of storing electricity, but that they'll also be overunity.
Eg: you'll get out more than you put in.
