Hello, I am Phlogiston, greetings to everyone and this is my first post on this forum.
Several months ago I was much more concerned about the practical and theoretical aspect of alchemy but much less about the philosophical and spiritual and I noticed that it was very similar to a chemist's work, not the same, but similar, I felt a little empty and confused, so I decided to give more strength to natural philosophy, alchemy seems more beautiful to me since then, although I still have a lot to learn. I would like to share my opinions regarding the SM.
I conceive the Spiritus Mundi as the energy that apparently cannot be perceived by the physical senses, but is still responsible for the animation of matter, whether animal, vegetable, mineral or universal, to a greater or lesser extent.
This energy has no body except the one that incarnates in the body it enters.
Others called it Chi, orgone, prana, anima Mundi, zero point energy, scalar energy, even the force of star wars if you allow me to say so.
That Spiritus Mundi is that spark of life that a mother transmits to her child when it is in her womb. That energy that is found in the rainwater that when it falls nourishes the plants. What keeps a chicken egg alive. What makes us not a body of inert and lifeless flesh. It is the primordial energy of our cells, beyond what medical and dietary science understands in a more earthly way.
It is an inextinguishable light, a fire that does not burn, the ancients said that the sun is a small copy of the divine light, but with a fraction of its power, that is why some alchemists used the light of the sun and the moon using them as opposites, but it is possible that their results were not as powerful as the manifestation of the SM brought directly from the divine light, even so it would surely be a powerful medicine.
I see the SM as the energy that embodies us all, for example, when it rains, it falls indeterminately with that rain, when it touches the earth it nourishes the plants and animals, it goes from one trophic chain to another, when a plant is eaten by an animal it assimilates its WS, when that animal is eaten by another one, it does the same. In the heat of the day the water of the earth evaporates taking part of that WS to the stratosphere in the water and volatile salts, where it is again imbued with the influence of the stars, it nourishes itself from them, until it falls again in the form of rain or hail and so on and so forth, an uroboros is produced between heaven and earth. When I saw Andro's photo of the keychain, the uroboros came to my mind, the circular symbol in infinity of continuous death and resurrection and the keys are what open the locks of its understanding, I love that kind of language.
In fact, I am sure that it is also the one that provides a human being with a more awakened awareness of everything that surrounds him, both what is there and what is not in plain sight.
That is why there would be two stones, the natural philosopher's stone, made with the rays of the sun and the moon (which is that sister of the divine light) and the supernatural philosopher's stone, made with the same divine light. Each one with its properties.
In my opinion, the most ``almost`` indeterminate possible is found in the air and in the upper layers of the atmosphere, where the air is purest and is exposed to the influences of the stars, that is if we exclude the vacuum method of the back door that Andro speaks of, which would be obtained in a purer way.
Creation of this SM, is the result of the union of these opposing forces:
The union of opposing forces could be interpreted according to the degree of purity that one wants to achieve for the manifestation of the SM from the union of polarized salts to the union of the light of the sun and the moon, until reaching the manifestation of the SM in the darkness, the vacuum facing opposite energies.
Years ago I read that there is a way to do something similar using sounds, but I don't know if it would give results in a vacuum container, they are opposing sounds facing each other, they were used to produce certain effects in the pineal gland, so the opposing forces also produce curious effects in us, it was also done in the dark, but that is another story about which another thread could be written.
Corporificaton of the SM:
It can be embodied within the crystalline matrix of a salt, for example an ammoniacal salt.
It can also be embodied in water and I am sure that those two polarities to a greater or lesser extent are found in that earth that is extracted from rainwater.
The form that the SM has is the one given to it by the body in which it is incarnated, that is to say, you can have in your possession the same ammoniacal chemical salt of the dew synthesized in a laboratory but it is a dead salt, it does not have SM unless it is exposed to the same SM to incarnate in that salt, it is what nature does give it, just like a canonical salt taken from urine, dew or rain if it contains it in more or less determination.
The ancients already did the union of opposite energies through the ark of the covenant, for example, if you look at the construction characteristics, materials, you see that two opposite forces interact within it, the ark was not only used to save mana, but to revitalize it, it is an orgone accumulator like Wilhelm Reich's
Determination and indeterminacy:
When it manifests from nothing, so to speak. Pure SM is like a blank canvas, you can paint whatever you want.
However, when SM incarnates in a chemical salt, could it be said in some way that it is a little more determined than entities? Has its vibration changed?
Even if it is extracted from a common body it would not be pure, since when it is extracted from a metal or mineral it was already determined in that body, it will have the properties of that body from which it was extracted.
I even think that extracting from the air and the rain could be a little determined.
Through a back door as Andro explains, which had not occurred to me in that way, thank you. What Andro proposes is to recreate the conditions in our material world, in which the SM that emanates from the divine light, or from the source as some authors speak, is found, creating a back door to this world and thus there is no need to do multiple distillations, coobations, calcinations or spagyric work.
I would like to give an example, the SM emanates from a divine source or matrix like pearls, from here comes a long river, various authors and their respective techniques and recipes collect these pearls in various stages of this river, the further away the pearls are collected from the SM the more they will have to be purified to have them clean, they will be dirty, with distillations, calcinations etc... But if we go to the same source we will find those pearls completely pure. We only have to recreate the conditions in which that source is found, as in my opinion the author of this thread indicates. All of the above is an example. I didn't mean that SM is pearls, it's just so I can be understood.
What I'm writing here is up to what I think SM is today and how it manifests itself.
I hope this thread remains active and people talk, I hope I'm not late. I'm still finishing reading it because it's quite long. I hope I've published this well, it's the first time I've entered a forum. Greetings to everyone.
