Hi all,
A short while ago I had made a post detailing the fact that I would not be participating here on alchemy forums. As I am sure those who read the post know I was insulted by some of the banter going back and forth on a couple of other threads. Nevertheless I have been reflecting on this and have decided that I will probably continue to be active on these forums as I have much interest in the work and can see the seeds of wisdom strewn throughout this forum (of which I do appreciate very much, from ALL members who sow them.)
I am trying to keep this post short and to the point but there are a few things I want to state to whoever comes across this posting.
1. I am trying to remain open-minded to all perspectives without violating my own inner compass.
2. I have decided to try not to get into theological debates with others as these topics are very difficult (for myself at least) to comprehend in their entirety much less express with accuracy in written language.
3. 98% of my experiences here at alchemy forums have been positive and in short sightedness I lost view of this bigger picture as my ego was bruised.
4. I still do not agree with some of you on some topics but have spent some time entertaining other perspectives while away (as I have in the past) and do believe that we can become attuned to whichever direction we are headed as per the nature of free will.
5. Ultimately my own thoughts and perspectives could be wrong so keeping an open mind is a must. (still got to filter though! Not all fruits are good for eating)
6. I would be happy to continue to participate in discussions here on alchemy forums if you'll have me. Every one has their place, value and purpose and I believe that every member that I have engaged with on this forum has helped to teach and direct me on my path even if it is not always obvious initially.
7. I think many of us have more in common than what we do not have in common.
In summation I am glad to be back and will continue to be an active member here on the forums. I felt that I owed some members here an explanation of sorts as I plan on communicating with you going forwards despite my earlier admonitions.
With humility,
Justin
