I had cause to re-read the attached work which I think is full of interesting notions and wisdom. It is a Rosicrucian work and I know that there are Rosicrucians here on the forum (or have been) so if it's been aired before I apologise in advance.
What is interesting in this work is the idea that we need balance of energies to support the differing elements of our bodies, what RCs call the "desire body" and the "vital body" and so on and which they claim are constantly "at war" with each other. Both sides are needed for good health and prosperity and we need a diet that fuels both those sides of our selves without over-fuelling either side such that it takes control and dominates.
So interestingly it doesn't say for example that there's a simple answer of just going vegetarian, though it does explain why such a diet is a good healthy one. It equally says that the extremes of fasting and over-eating are equally bad.
The works also explains the merits of some specific foods which is useful to know and there is good content within that explains the real causes of disease and illness and which dispels some of the more mainstream beliefs and assumptions about blood and white and red cells.
I hope others find it equally interesting and useful
