Dinner is the only full size meal I consistently have.
As with
@Andro, same for me.
Wife and I started a fasting regime post Christmas using the 12-12 system to start (12 hours eating, 12 hours not eating) then swiftly moved to 18-6 (18 hours not eating, 6 hours eating) and our bodies very quickly adopted that quite comfortably and this just morphed into eating just one meal per day at around 4pm.
Wife lost over 2 stone already and I've lost plenty but I don't weigh myself or worry about lbs specifically. I just feel better, more energetic, healthier. I do tend to have a couple of pieces of toast with butter when I wake up (maybe 10am-11am) but otherwise nothing until the meal of the day which is meat/fish vegetables and potatoes of some kind. The old "3 square meals a day" promoted regime is complete BS.
I learned long ago to listen to my body. Stop eating until your body tells you it wants something and then give it something nutritious. Then wait again and listen and don't eat until and unless your body wants it. Provided you eat good things this will teach you what your body wants and needs. If you eat crap, like fizzy drinks, fatty or sugary snacks then those things will disrupt the entire mechanism of your body and trigger false hunger pangs when in fact your body doesn't want or need anything which leads to weight gain and bad health.
Stop, wait, listen, feed well. Rinse repeat. Enjoy health
