An update on my practice.

I did a month of using ozonated water in a hot water bath, no result. The ozone dissipated even below the 37C degree suggested.

I think I will try Nav's electrolysis cell next, as perhaps it is not ozone, but a hydrogen or some hydroxide or iron combined with oxygen or hydrogen, as electrolysis eats at the electrodes, dissolving into the water. Using an ozone generator yielded no results.

My jars of crud are out in the elements in an enclosed structure. I think I will revisit the base matter in a couple of months. Perhaps eating only lentils for a few weeks.

Phosphenes and the practice has become extraordinary, I notice even at night sleeping I will have moments of intense phosphene's even though I have not looked at a light for many hours. Perhaps my mind is generating the phosphene.

I am trying to start a juice cleanse and lose 50 lbs because I have gained many pounds of fat. I can feel it. It is nice to have the mass to throw around, but it feels much better to be light and free. To breathe.

I have been reading RAMS and it has caused me to realize once again I know nothing.

All I know is that I don't have a clue, when it comes to the alchemical process. One writer says this another says that. I thought if I collated all reports I would come to a conclusion and I must say it makes littles sense. I have found myself back to the Old natural path, the urine path, and in the coming months will take up Ghettos Him water from a nice limestone spring about an hour and a half away from here. I will take about 10-15 gallons to experiment with.

I was researching today the astrological signs with sun + urine and Moon + feces. I tried searching the alternate combinations. What interested me was when goog L AI suggested.

"In astrology and alchemy, feces is associated with the Mortificatio, a process that involves the slaying of a ruling principle, such as king, dragon, lion, or the sun. This process is associated with images of feces, blackness, rotting, and overflowing toilets. It also has psychological themes of loss, morning, depression, hatred, and ego death."

It is the first time I came across feces as SUN, as my cultural upbringing brought me to the conclusion that the moon is associated with ass, aka, the act of mooning someone.

I assumed the Sun meant urine, now the AI says feces. Interesting.

I am studying the emblems of Cabala Mineralas(typo) again.

I am reading the RAMS Unfold.pdf.

In the Unfold.pdf the author states once again as I have read time and time again.

Page 90 of the unfold.pdf

"It is familiar to all, yet none know the principle, reason, or way to find the spring, or discover the way to Judea. But whoever does not know the right spring will never attain the knowledge of our Art. For this reason, that Sage might well exclaim, 'Oh, water of a harsh and bitter taste!' for in truth the Spring is difficult to find; but he who knows it may reach it easily, without expense, labor, or trouble."

Methinks urine once again. I will have to work my butt off to get a place of my own this season, as having inquisitive room mates seems to hinder my art.

Today I realize the admonition of the ancients. Silence. It is not just silence to others but silence to one self. How can I transmit knowledge of which I do not obtain? I thought joining an alchemy forum, reading all the available text would secure a foundation in the alchemical art. NO. I awaken each day grateful to be alive. Yet it is not enough. I flip flop between yes I want to live hundreds of years to, take me now O spirt of the divine. Silence. Those who know don't speak, know, those who speak don't know.

I finally am moving on to a home of my own, oneness, By myself, alone. For the first time I will live alone without, girlfriends, mothers, family, group homes, or roommates. A perfect recipe to work without prying eyes. Of course you all will get first glimpse. I am tired of idiotic roommates, and twisted love affairs. I have found my best friend, my self. As someone older and wise told me years ago, Look in the mirror that's your best friend. Love yourself.

Thank you creator for keeping single and deranged. I enjoy my solitude more than anything.

Grid willing I will have a nice private set up to perform my meager works in the coming months.

If you feel victim to a life of happenstance, take a break and breathe deeply and attune your mind to what it is you truly desire.

What do I desire? I haven't the faintest clue, even after years of pondering.

These past days have afforded me the opportunity of silence. Except for my mind that is like a monkey in a cage, screaming to get out, I have heard no other person, except if I seek them out. I have had more time to read and read and read. I recently started reading Parcelsus and reading who he recommends.

I was successful in extracting a stone from some tree bark. red, black, to the finished white.

Even more compelling is the practice of meditation that I have been doing.

I have been a student of different schools of yoga, and chi kung, though never consciously experiencing what some may call a Kundalini experience.

I have been following Dr. Joe Dispenza and his research in heart and brain coherence. It is astounding how much has changed and is changing in my life in just a small part of my day aligning with my inner divine, through meditating on my breath, body, and the surrounding space.

Today I had the most amazing morning meditation, then listened to Dr. Dispenza, and I heard some of his students literally pass out. That intrigued me, I remember practicing tree pose of Chi Kung and box breathing in conjunction where I could not handle the energy and ending up getting face bruises from falling down from passing out.

Later I was determined to do a meditation to activate my "Kundalini"

The thing I find odd is I spent a good 45 minutes trying to, struggling to, achieve the state that simply came by relaxing earlier. I had to hold onto my chair or I would have hit the ground.

I found a comfortable and safe place to fall back on, a sofa, I straightened my spine and started the box breathing technique and actually relaxing, after about 45 minutes of "forcing" I experienced the most profound ecstasy I have ever had. Truly amazing. I fell back and squirmed and flailed and then giggled like child.

My Tai chi and chi gong teacher was a very advanced practitioner whose teacher was very advanced as well. He always said Alchemy was an inner art and that the west had it wrong. I was reading 4chan pol, my retarded pleasure, and someone was saying how all the western occult practices are retardation and you should seek the east. From my previous study, I am beginning to think that is correct. We are the crucible. Though I am not convinced even the eastern mystics believed it to be complete internal, and immaterial, the art work images shows otherwise.

It amazes me that 4chan and similar retarded message boards are the barometer for the world state of affairs. Things that happen instantly there happen to the normies, weeks, months, and years later.

I am thinking of the meme from quantum leap, I'm autistic? (retarded)

I feel a banning afoot. Personally if you haven't been banned or put on special agencies list's your not doing it right. I don't care!! ban me, cut out my tongue! Like Voltaire says if you cut out my tongue "paraphrasing" you don't WANT TO HEAR WHAT I HAVE TO SAY!.

I have put my jars of rancid matter outside, after a summer, I must realize I am so far off track, though I thought i knew something about alchemy, I do not know shiza. Who wants to live forever anyway. I have been going through the motions and I think it would blow. MY occupation has taken forefront of my time, I have spent little time in studying and little time in nano technology. It continues though I realize I am like that movie Deliverance.
I was able to look at the jars today and one of them has lost a significant amount of volume, having been outside concealed from the sun and moon. It was not a result I was expecting. I will update tomorrow when I have a better look.

My jars of excrement have been changing recently, the color was a raw sienna when I started, and the top has become dark green and almost black. It is interesting, grey matter seems to grow between the pockets of bubbles within the matter, though it could be moisture.

I think the last time I posted the matter was up to the 16 oz mark in my jars, now it seems they have fallen down to the 12 oz mark. The jar without added urine has a darker top than the jar with the urine, but both tops are darker than the matter below.

The pockets of gas in the matter also exhibit a yellow liquid in both jars. Not every pocket but some of them. The jar without added urine is more liquid within parts of the matter, has more movement and active bubbling.

At the bottom of each jar is a tiny amount of red substance, oil or grit. Very weird. I find it fascinating because I have never studied excrement that much in my life as much as urine. The Book of aquarius method had me convinced of urine for a while. I am so grateful for the Cyliani thread.

I am thinking of starting a thread on human excrement and urine, it could be a great discussion. If anyone is aware that there is a thread on that topic all ready, please send it this way.
My jar marked 2 has a noticeable reduction in volume. It does not make sense to me. The jar did not leak. Both jars have become liquid versus the clay like state I left them in. I am truly flabbergasted. I did not expect this. Both jars yield a strange ruby like red granules at the bottom. I am not sure what to think of this. More work is necessary.

I had a wild dream Monday morning. I was reading Hermes Paracelsus, watched some NCIS, and was playing Skyrim before I went to bed. In Skyrim the Elders of High Hrothgar were teaching me how to use the voice.

April 4/21/2025

I was at a water pump, I was with Mcgee from NCIS and I was meeting with someone to inquire about a book on alchemy to purchase.

There was a man he said wait.

A beautiful woman appeared we had met before, but it was platonic. This time there was instant connecting.

Our legs entangled like snakes, but our heads were opposite one another, not close like kissing.

She exclaimed "look at those legs," or our legs. We were a perfect match.

We would meet later.

She left, the man had a child with him.

We used the water pump and tones of silt came out. Rocks, pebbles, boulder, clay, leaves, and pineneedles.

An awful stench to the water.

Eventually a dirty water was filled into our glasses and we drank.

I received notice that I could meet the person for the book.

I was so excited about the book and I was in love with the woman, I first sought the woma, to tell her the news.

Instead I found her two daughters picking flowers in a ditch in a field.

One was pale and blond in a ditch dressed in medieval clothing, singing, the other on the edge of the ditch in the field.

The other with brown hair and dark eyes, dressed in a green medieval dress.

I asked "where is your mother?"

"She has gone where you can't find, but will be there in time," they sang. " go find the book you seek."

Its late I will post the rest another time. good night

Dream continued:

I had a fright and became nervous,

I resolved my courage and I walked up the hill of the field I was excited to finally have a copy of the alchemy

book I had been searching for.

I walked along a dirt road on a ridge, I could see a coppice of trees where once witches had gathered, to the

right of the two daughters in the field.

I turned to the right and saw the hall where I was to meet the seller.

I turned back to look at the daughters and the beautiful woman I met was standing in the air, dressed in
silver and diamonds with a mask and two big horns (kind of like the picture of Barack Obama in Baphomet dress)

She glistened with light, and she pointed to my right, looked me in the eyes, and spoke not a word.

I understood.

By this time I was getting really frightened and nervous.

As I approached the building, I noticed the walk and driveway was cobbled, and the architecture was ornate

stone masonry.

There was a title, or name in stone, on the building above the door and windows. Then the first AD

Went down like this

AD DAMUS ADAMUS AD AD ADAMUS
AD
AD
AD
AD, etc 50 times, The first AD was in stone the rest was more like a vision or a computer screen

It flashed by quickly and resumed the title.

I looked inside and there were high society folks, snobbing, drinking, and talking. Well dressed wealthy folks.

"Over Here" A voice called behind me, There was a garden and a courtyard and sitting at tables of metal in

the courtyard was a group, of squirrelly, strange people dressed in strange clothing of all sorts of weird patterns and dresses, robes, hats, etc.

They all started in unison saying in a grave but friendly tone'

"The book you seek does not exist

for no philosopher will list

the explicit details of this art

as for you, you've had a start

take it easy, take it slow

in time you will learn what you want to know

you've entered a trial which will entail

the cost of the most difficult travail

Pray and read and if you need

call upon us,"

They happily agreed.

A scruffy young man, our server, yet part of our band of strange mystics, gave me a book. The book I was

looking for!

"How much?" I asked

"Ahh nothing for you, brother of the art."

The group of philosophers started talking to me in allegory. one would say something, another would start

where they finished, as if they were one person talking. The had smiles and laughed at my astonishment.

All laughing, I was astonished and ashamed.

"MY BOY!" an old bright eyed philosopher, laughed with a devils beard and mustache, A mystics hat and a
green wool jacket, with gold linings, and a cane

"you are young in this Art, do not worry!" he laughed "you will succeed" he assured me. "Just observe nature,

keep studying, and pray."

Then his eyes glinted and he closed one eye, and with a wry smile he again laughed,

" After all, when an Alchemist is challenged with a big pile of bull shit, sometimes the best course of action is

to jump in!"

The whole group laugh and disappeared. I awoke.

It was refreshing to have such a pleasant dream. I had the feeling the old bright eyed philosopher was paracelsus but when I was researching I found that it was actually another philosopher, Johann Rudolf Glauber. I had never even looked into Glauber yet. So freaking cool. God it sure beats my nightmares that I have most of my life. I have actually been writing a book of all my compilations of the really bad ones, and am calling it "Tortures of the Damned," I am probably half way finished. I am so grateful that I have access to a lot of these manuscripts and writing for a pittance. To me reading any one of these great artists who have come before is priceless.

My Jars of excrement were mixed by shaking violently, Jar one has too much liquid and the Jar 2 is greatly reduced in volume. I am planning on spreading it thin on a board or something and see if I can do it quick, then start a new method, with a bucket, or bussing tubs like Andro is doing. I am trying to think of a way to keep bugs out and rain out, and keep it from the sun, but be able to open it to the moon. It would be cool if I could make a mechanism that opens and closes on a timer so I don't have to be there.

As I read more I realize, how very little I do know in this Art, but it is fascinating. There is nothing I find more gratifying, personally.

My jar labeled one has separated, liquid on top and 2/3 of total volume, and the earth mater is beneath, I am going to trash that one. It had too much liquid.

Jar number two, is promising, it is still thick and turning very black.

My next plan is the piss-kaktum- sweat process.

I think the idea of One Matter, One Vessel, One Fire, is actually 3 things. The matter being one, the vessel another and the fire another.

I think about the labor of hercules and the amount of sweat one would have to generate to accomplish such a feat.

The collecting of sweat seems to be the biggest challenge. I was thinking dancing for hours over my jar of excrements and piss. Who knows but I could be wrong.

I think the idea of One Matter, One Vessel, One Fire, is actually 3 things. The matter being one, the vessel another and the fire another.

When is a vessel not a vessel? I suspect that the cryptic alchemists would like us to believe that any mention of a vessel means a flask of some sort or even a vase. The nature of alchemy is such that in fact a substance, like say a salt, can be a vessel for a certain substance. Thus if the vessel is not right, poorly prepared or even not there then the Work is in vain.

A regular container (glass, ceramic, etc.) is obviously needed to "contain" the work.

The "matter" is also one, and one only. But some authors deliberately confuse between the container and the matter by calling them both "vessel". Some make a distinction between the "Vessel of Nature" and the "Vessel of Art".

The "fire" can refer to the volatile, agency-bearing counterpart of the "matter".

The physical container is exactly that: A container made of glass, clay, etc.

The philosophical matter and its philosophical fire, however, are not initially physically tangible. Rendering them corporeral is the job of the Alchemist. This has lead to much confusion in reading alchemical texts, although some good texts explicitly mention this. Both the "matter" and the "fire" are everywhere and in all things, to different degrees, hence they are called "common" (as opposed to "vulgar", which is a term that traditionally denotes a readily available, physically tangible chemical substance).

So when we read alchemical texts, the focus must not be on any sort of specific, secret, unique, physical, tangible and readily available substance or "mineral" or chemical compound, but on what is hidden in the "center" of matter, like a phantom. When this "phantom" is given a suitable & convenient body/envelope, it enters the physically tangible domain and can be worked with in a laboratory setting.

Some authors are in the habit of making very long lists of what the matter is not, and they are right. Others say it can be any matter, and they are also right. And those who say some matters are better than others, are also right. Because it's never really about any tangible, readily available matter, but about what the matter conceals in its occult/hidden "center".

I think that anyone who is able to get this, can decipher alchemical writings with much greater ease.

We can work with sweat or urine or feces or dew or salt or metals or minerals, but none of these is THE matter of the Philosophers. Yet, the ONE philosophical matter is concealed in ALL of those, albeit to different degrees of quantity and potency.

I had a response I was starting to type out, came back to it and saw Andro had touched on some points I wanted to make (and then some!) so I'm rewriting it and saying something different.

Ultimately I think, as with a lot of alchemical phrases, both perspectives are indeed true. One is true in a vulgar sense, one in a philosophical sense.

We *can* use one vessel, one matter and one fire, in the sense that we have one vessel, which we place one matter which is exposed to one (vulgar) fire. This is what it *can* look like to our outer senses.

In the works of the Philosophers, there is also a lot of talk of the vessel or vase being Earth or the matter. Here is one from a text I have been reading (and very much delighting in) lately.
Lux Obnubilata said:
As for that fixed earth, of which our father says it is contained in our subject, we say that in it lies the perfection of the Stone, the true seat of nature, and the vessel where the elements find their rest. It is a fusible and fiery earth, very hot and very pure, which must be dissolved and buried, to be made more penetrating and more suited to the use of the philosophers, and finally to become the second vessel of all perfection. For just as it is said of mercury that the vessel of the philosophers is their water, so one may say in regard to this earth that the vessel of the philosophers is their earth.

This one matter, which is also a vase/vessel, where an inner heat (fire) burns inside. This is only after the matter is properly prepared. This opens the door to a conversation on what is the nature of the Earth which attracts it's proper (universal) moisture, without which there is no alchemy only rolling around in a pile of feces and pissing into the wind.

I am speaking only from my understanding of reading the texts here and do not profess to be an authority.

Thanks Lakshmana, thanks Pilgrim, thanks Philosophical, and thanks Andro.

I recently gave up on the vegan bullshit, I get it, it feels good, but damn do I feel better, than my feelings.

My Jars have not really done much, I switched over to exploring the Keshe teachings. Many years ago in the knowledge seekers groups, he claimed to make gold was as simple as making cake. I had a hectic energy and was too prideful and full of greed. I am going back through the teachings to find the nuggets he released.

Keshe was born into independent wealth, he could have patented his technology and yet he decided to give it free to the world. So many folks have claimed to have received relief from his pain pads, and pain pens.

I don't know that's all I really know, maybe someday I will become one of the alchemist who have done it. But until then it is a dream.

Recently I was like do I really want to live forever?

Ooo, this is a good question. :)

I’ve been going back over Buddhism/internal alchemy literature and a lot of their stuff is how to extend life, how to reach physical immortality, how to reach spiritual immortality.

And there’s a couple conclusions my soul has come to at this present moment:

1. If I were ever able to reach the point of creating an alchemical elixir which fortifies my body to the point to extend my life as long as I pleased, and always look like a young gentleman, I’d probably just try to pick up as many women as possible until one of them got pregnant. Then I’d probably stop taking the rejuvenating elixir and raise that family, and then die happy at an old age.

2. If I ever reached physical immortality, I think it would be painfully boring. Living in present moment throughout the years and maybe never really connecting with people, but people are always around. Very much vampire themed. Not necessarily lonely, because at that point emotions would be the only company.

3. If I ever reached physical spiritual immortality, I’d probably just be the Dali lama and reincarnate lifetime after lifetime.

I’m sure I’d find something to fill the time, and would probably have a thousand hobbies on rotation, if I were to live forever haha

That's one of the things I think about too. I have so many things I want to do and so little time.

So much has changed. I was on a 3.5 year alcohol bender. It was fun, then it wasn't. Glad to be off the sauce. One month now.

I spent the winter horizontal watching movies, Xfiles, and Sopranos.
Lots of greasy fatty foods, lots of drinking, and lots of video games. I have been using OpenEmu, and Dolphin emulators with a nintendo switch pro controller that connects to my mac. What a wonderful experience it has been. Its so nice to play the old classics.

Getting back into the swing of spring I felt like I was dying. Couldn't bend over, out of breath, fat.

I am still in a vicious fog, and most of my days lately have been a constant shit show. I am like a giant in a china shop, I keep breaking things.

I am planning to get into the Keshe experiments for real this time, but I have been saying that since 2010, lol.

I still have my jars of craptum and no change.

I noticed the snow and dew this year as it melts there is a different quality.

I noticed how when the sun dries the spring dew their is this critical point that it pops all around and basically evaporates like a bubble and the water at my feet and on the plants, turns into a humidity. I had never seen or felt it before.

I have lost a job that was great, but starting new ventures. I have planted a huge garden and life is good. I realize alcohol was just an illusion. If I could have one or two that would be fine, but for some reason I love sloppy drunkeness, 17-25 drinks daily, and some crazy days with 50 drinks. No good.

One month is awesome, keep up the hard work 😎

Have you ever tried “breath trance” aka “controlled hyperventilation”?

There are quite a few people teaching it. I’ve notice that I prefer the state it brings to mind over drunkenness.

Thanks yeah it is pretty awesome, it seems to be much harder to keep drinking honestly. The amount of work I spent hiding my bottles and cans was insane. I was averaging 20 drinks a day.

Thanks for the reminder, I was living with a crazy person (beside's myself) about a year and a half ago and I stumbled on to Joe Dispenza's workshops. The high I got from practicing the breathing technique was the best I ever felt, even when hung over, it would instantly take it away once I fell into the state. It did not always take, but I was consistent. For me after one week of visualizing while in that state, and feeling I was living in a different place, my boss let me stay in his second home for a month and it was amazing. I was consistent for about 2 months. There were sessions I would fall back in the couch and seize or shake uncontrollably for about a minute or two and I was sent into a state of bliss, or the feeling of being wrapped up in the arms of loving parents. I will try to remind myself in the morning to do that.

I read an awesome book at the same time Breath by James Nestor, it reads as a documentary and an adventure story. Really awesome read.

Lord of the Flies

I recently saw my friend who runs a restaurant, and he had made some amazing lentil soup. I ate it, it was delicious.

The next morning I said to myself “you know, I should put that in a jar.”

I did, into a one quart wide mouth ball jar.

I decided to flip the jar lid seal side up and kept the band tight but loose enough for the gasses to escape.

I have it on my porch near the ceiling out of direct sunlight, it may or may not get a ray at times, I don’t think so though from the angle.

Anyway I checked today after 10 days and lo and behold, maggots.

I was going to toss it but I want to see what happens. Maybe it will become a graveyard of flys that mate and make more maggots that eat each other and etc.

It’s a disgusting thing, but many of the writers have said it is too.

I am trying to devise a way that I can get the kaktum dried that keeps the flys out.

It’s fun and it’s free.

It is fascinating to me that the fly could lay eggs on the rim and then the little maggots crawl in and become too big, now they can’t crawl out. I am going to study the fly life cycle.

My other two jars, named 1 and 2 continue to separate into various different colored layers. One of the jars liquid on top is black and the other is red.

The layering effects reminds me of the time I mixed 3 cleaned GANS in water.

I had zinc/co2 GANS, CH3 Iron GANS and CUo GANS. In a small jelly jar.

I would get stoned and for years I would try to mix them but they would always settle at there different density. Fascinating.

Edit: I mention Lord of the Flies because the shit draws the flys and in my research of etymology of the words of the gods and the mushroom cult of early Christianity, the amanita is linked to that name as well.

The caduceus that Hermes holds is also symbolically represented with the staff the serpants and the wings.

If you have a chance to watch the transformation of the psychoactive or killer amanitas from the egg to the full blossom, it is a beautiful dance. I know a guy online who eats the Virosa and phalloides, super toxic and also highly psychoactive, he knows a way to neutralize the liver melting effects of the poison part. ☠️

we really are all connected to everything. I really am just like a worm😝

So I decided next time to put the kaktum in a mason jar like growing mushrooms, this stuff called micropore filters and self healing injection ports. pretty stoked, sometimes the old noggin is cranking along.

Something to keep in mind, is "contaminants" don't necessarily have to come from the outside - they may be already existing within the various matters being worked with. Before Louis Pasteur (who himself worked alongside a variety of alchemists) discovered the pasteurization process, in many cases the survival of various types of "biological contaminants" was responsible for many of the observations of matters spontaneously giving birth to small organisms - frequently small worms or bugs. These small worms were even sometimes drawn in various alchemical diagrams as part of what was seen in the flask after putrefaction / blackening.

This in itself is a clue that they were working with organic matters of some sort, and neatly tied in to the symbolism of the lower wingless worm or snake or dragon, especially since the residues of the distilled organic materials could be "volatilized" to create the winged serpent part!

Pasteurization, and even sterilization, may destroy the living organic component of a matter, but it does not destroy or degrade the organic component that has already been formed - that is to say, it stops the continuing metabolic activity of the various life forms within the flask, with pasteurization stopping some but not all metabolic activity, and sterilization stopping all, but it does not fully destroy the products of that metabolic activity that have already been formed, so one could still bring forth the winged serpent afterwards, even if it was sterilized.

Of course, the process of allowing the growth to continue is continually loading up the organic matter "wingless serpent" material, up to a point, and as it develops, it seeks ever more efficient ways to continue developing, so long as there is still enough base material "foodstuffs" for the conversion to continue taking place. It goes through various processes as well, or stages, as one may call them, also depending on whether or not oxygen is allowed in. In any case through, it reaches an ultimate maximum that nature or "natural processes" allows, usually when all the easily accessible carbons (sugars, amino acids, proteins, fats and so on) are used up, and what is left is the volatile fatty acids, when are then also used up. During the process, you end up with high amounts of ammonia and nitrogen, and generally a drop in pH.

This resulting higher pH, high ammonia, high nitrogen matter makes excellent fertilizer, and if one captures all the gases released (using 0.22 micron syringe filters instead of micropore, and using silicone tubing to hook up the syringe filters to balloons), you capture methane gas and carbon dioxide. This form of gas capture is used in many places in the world to make methane gas for cooking.

One can also selectively capture the carbon dioxide in a "salt" for later use, if the fermentation / putrefaction process used oxygen, but if it does not use oxygen more methane and things like hydrogen sulfide are produced. The hydrogen sulfide can also be captured in other salts as well, creating iron sulfides which, if reacted with sulfur, can produce iron pyrites.

Woah!😳 🤯

This is a good Segway and it was never the proper time to post it, but every time I hear Lux Eterna/ Lux aeterna by Metallica I hear Lux Natura, I laugh and think of you!

Are you saying I may have consumed housefly eggs by accident?

I may have!

Can they tolerate the digestion of the human Gi tract? Perhaps… if I know anything about seeds and grains? Perhaps we once were the vessels for the germination of certain plants and animals..?
