Hello, years ago I started reading about subliminal audios. These are audios that generally feature nature sounds with hidden motivational phrases inserted using different techniques such as "silent subliminals" or vocoder techniques.
Later, I began reading about radionic machines and low-frequency pulse emitters used for sleep or meditation.
Based on the literature I've gathered, I believe it's possible to build a small device to silently send subliminal messages to a person within a certain range (without a speaker).
The subliminal messages would be on any topic the operator chooses to program the machine with, since, in my opinion, our subconscious determines most of who we are, what we attract into our lives and what we repel, our virtues and our flaws.
Techniques like hypnosis have been used to introduce subconscious modifications to eliminate bad habits of any kind.
In short, by modifying the subconscious, one can improve the quality of life.
This is the bibliography I have compiled:
This device is a low-frequency pulse emitter. It is used to emit a specific, generally low, frequency, used for relaxation, sleep, meditation, etc. It does not contain subliminal phrases; it simply emits low-frequency waves. The manufacturing instructions and specifications are available at this link:

The second device I found in one of my radionics books. I might write a post about radionics one day; I see that this discipline isn't discussed on the forum, and it's interesting. This device consists of a radio cassette player with magnetic tapes. It appears that this device can silently transmit messages recorded on the magnetic tapes over a certain distance. See the photos.
The tape contains the voice recordings of the phrases that will later be played silently through the tape recorder.
What I don't understand is the function of the lamp in the book's illustration.
Although the instructions in this book state that the objective is to influence another person, in this case, it would be for myself.
This last device is by someone named William A. Tiller. The author claims that his device emits a frequency that induces a state of meditation and relaxation, although there seems to be another author who claims to have improved upon Tiller's design. There appears to be a dispute regarding the device's design, but I don't want to get into that.
William A. Tiller's design:
His competitor's design:
The latter already has a patent registered; I'll try to email him.
These three machines are the starting point for my own design.
The design would be a combination of the three.
It would be a device with:
• Independent battery.
• Circuit board.
• Amplifier
• Magnetic coil (antenna) like the one in the first low-frequency device, to transmit the message remotely. Instead of a "speaker," the messages would be sent silently from the antenna using low frequencies.
The messages would be recorded with my voice in [format missing in original text].
It should be possible to input messages in high-quality WAV format, for example, from a USB flash drive.
It would be similar to an MP3 player connected to a speaker, but instead of an audio output, it would have an antenna amplified with a magnetic coil like the first machine.
The audio files fed into the machine would not use any audio masking techniques like "Vocoder" or "Silent Subliminal," as the machine would already transmit the messages inaudible at low frequencies.
Although, according to the book I mentioned, the magnetic cassette format seems better for remote influence, I want the device to influence me at night while I sleep, without me having to keep rewinding the tape each time it finishes. I want it to play the subliminal phrases on a loop, hence the high-quality digital format.
I usually try to listen to subliminal audios, but I lack consistency. For them to start having an effect, you have to listen to them for three months, every day for one hour, and for the results to be reinforced, another three months, for a total of six months. That's why I want to build this machine.
